The Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland is gearing up for its biggest weekend of racing with the running of the Preakness Stakes.
The 142nd running of the Preakness Stakes, commonly referred to as the middle jewel of the Triple Crown, will be held on Saturday. The Black-Eyed Susan Stakes, a race featuring three-year-old fillies, is on Friday.
