Las Vegas sportsbook operator CG Technology set the over/under on season win totals for a number of higher-profile college football programs Thursday. Penn State’s win total was set at 9 1/2 but with a money line of minus-125 on the under, meaning $125 must be wagered to win $100 back. The expectation is for the Lions to win single-digit games.
