Penn State football: Don’t sleep on these 3 Lions offensive players this fall
Penn State quarterback Tommy Stevens, wide receiver Juwan Johnson and tight end Jonathan Holland were among the team’s standout offensive players in the spring. But while they’re all breakout candidates at their positions, the Lions also have their share of rebound players who flew under the radar in spring practice.
Wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton is one to watch as he continues to grow into his role in the slot. Offensive linemen Brendan Mahon and Andrew Nelson are both question marks after suffering season-ending injuries in 2016, but they are talented, experienced players who can still play big roles in 2017.
Greg Pickel and I discussed those three players in a video segment on PennLive. Check out the video in this post.
