The 2018 NFL Draft Combine, an annual tradition since 1982, will be held this week in Indianapolis, Ind. at the Colts’ Lucas Oil Stadium.
It’s a rite of passage for college athletes hoping to play in the pros, as during the week they will undergo intense physical exams, take an IQ test of sorts known as the Wonderlic, meet with many teams (and probably be asked some weird questions), lift, and finally work out on the field to build something of an extended portfolio to combine with the work they have done up until this point.
Penn State will have eight former players on hand, which is the most since 2009. The list includes:
Running back Saquon Barkley
Receiver DaeSean Hamilton
Tight end Mike Gesicki
Linebacker Jason Cabinda
Corner Grant Haley
Corner Christian Campbell
Safety Marcus Allen
Safety Troy Apke
Notably, the list does not include former Lion, Cedar Cliff product, and Massachusetts All-American Adam Breneman.
Here is everything you need to know, from Combine television information to the schedule by positions, how to follow the Lions, and much more.
